Nel riuso di una fabbrica degli anni ‘60 si è cercato di mantenerne il carattere di edificio semplice e molto leggero: internamente si è conservata la struttura portante in acciaio mentre esternamente si è recuperato il paramento in mattoni delle pareti di tamponamento. Unico elemento introdotto esteriormente è il nuovo ingresso realizzato in cemento a vista e ferro verniciato di rosso vivo per le parti che contengono impianti e macchinari. Si tratta di un intervento molto minimale rispetto alle dimensioni dell’edificio esistente che propone una nuova marca caratteriale per la nuova unità produttiva.

NEW ENTRANCE
In the project of the reuse of a factory of the 60 we tried to maintain the character of building simple and very light.
The internal steel structure has been preserved while external the brick facing of the curtain walls has been recovered. The only element introduced outwardly is the new entrance. It is made of concrete and iron painted bright red for the parts that contain plant and equipment.

It is a very minimal intervention compared to the size of the existing building that offers a brand new character to the new production unit.
